[Payment] passes not credited

I am having to post here as I am getting no luck through the help tickets.

I did not receive passes I paid for and I keep attaching the screenshot of the payment to the help ticket but you keep giving me the same automated response of 'please send a screenshot'.

I have now sent it 6 times in different file sizes and formats and I just want it refunded.

Is there an email address for the support team so I can email the proof of payment rather then using the ticket system?

I'm sorry to hear that, but please note that our Support team is not available during weekends, only Monday through Friday.

I see that your ticket information was already forwarded and is pending information from our billing team.

If you have changed your mind and want a refund instead of the Passes, please reply to your open ticket promptly to indicate that.
