There is no hacking on this game!

its simple rule breaking

"In fact, there is no hacking on Howrse, only weak passwords/sharing of passwords."

And the moral to this story is,

Trust no one.

I have seen past people using this, and it isn't the way to go at all. Just respect what you have, and if you need something, sales is the way to get horses, exchanges is the way to get items.

The rule was brought in because players who are not careful and don't trade with trusted players get scammed- So they brought in a rule that would affect everybody that are careful and trade with trusted players? If the players who stupidly trade with players that are "......." (idk) then I doubt they'll listen to this rule. I'd say the rule was more brought in so players were made to buy passes and buy the item themselves than to trade with other players.

Listen guys, howrse is making the game more and more difficult. Now you are not even allowed to trade..... !!!!!,!!li)

I sort of agree with Spap. I'd say this Rule was Set so Players would Have to Buy a Black market Item in The BMI store Instead of getting a cheaper BMI Opsion with Freinds This Way Horwse would Get More Pass buyers...

When I think that the scammers do this just to have filled pixels accounts... What stupidity ... *sigh*

There seem to be some questions about item and pass trafficking, private trade agreements between players, and hacking.

<b>What is pass or item trafficking?</b>

It's simply performing a transaction outside of the available settings and systems offered directly by the game.

The game includes secure areas for transactions such as the item exchange, Sales, the Black Market and the Store etc..These tools provide a safe method for your transactions.

The game provides these tools and the rules surround the game.

<b>How to handle a private trade request</b>

If a player contacts you regarding a trade request outside the tools provided:

1. Report the message using the Report Abuse option located in the message
2. Do not reply
3. Add the player to your Black List located on the My Private Mailbox page

These reports are viewed by Moderators and Admin.

<b>Hacking</b>

Hacking is not the same as someone guessing or being given a password. Hacking means that someone has taken over your computer remotely by using a malicious program.

Generally speaking when accounts are lost, it is because of one of the following two reasons:

1. A password is extremely easy to guess (an example is players who make the password the same as the player name).

2. Password sharing -- letting "trusted friends" have your password to gain access to your account. This is not only almost begging to have the account stolen, but is additionally a violation of the General User Conditions agreed to when the account was created.

<b>Is there ever a time I should share my password with anyone?</b>

Never. As posted in several locations throughout the game, do not share your password with anyone. There is never a reason Admin would ask for your password either.

If you think your password is easy to guess, go to your My Account page and change your password to something only you would know.

I just don't know why people even bother asking to swap horses, the player who is receiving the message must be at least smart enough to know that it is not allowed ( Just making my point)

I think it is selfish and cruel for people who what to play the game probably
