What’s the correct number of Boxes in my EC?

In my equestrian center, Springfield Meadows, the 123 boxes, always kept above 3% wear and tear, are visible to me but the game states I have only 117 boxes. Why is this?

Do you have the remaining boxes reserved for private use?
I don't think they show up in the overall count if they've been reserved.

All my boxes are privately reserved, but still show up, so I think it must be something different.

It's very strange. On your EC page it states 112 horses boarded - and lists the 112 - and 5 boxes empty. Are your 6 'missing' boxes empty or boarded? If you can identify more details on the 6, it might make tracing the source of the problem easier. As it is, everything points to just 117 boxes.

I assume these aren't new builds and just awaiting a game update to show up?

On your EC page I can see it says 117 with 5 available if that helps?
