Gaia foal Black Market item

I have a couple of questions about Gaia foals.

In the description of the item it says "The breeds available change every week."

1. Does that mean it matters what breeds were available at time of getting the item or at the time I'm using the item (if used in another week than when bought)?

2. How/where can I find out about the current week's available breeds?

It depends when you use the item and to check which ones are currently available, simply click "use" to see a list of the breeds. Only when you pick a breed and click the button to welcome the horse, the item is used default smiley :)
