Can't get the Champion Seed to work?

Hi there

I joined the game yesterday default smiley :)

I purchased the championship seed pack and I am trying to use the champion seed but it isn't working. It just keeps resetting for me to choose a horse and I don't understand why.

If it helps, I am playing on an android phone and I am unable to get to desktop? (Sorry if this information isn't allowed but just wanted to cover all of the situation)

You can open the desktop version on the web browser on your phone. You can request your web browser to open desktop version in the browser settings.

The game creates a lot of debris that can then cause it to misbehave. You need to try clearing that first:
If you are using the app, try clearing the cache of the app in your phone's settings.
If it's the mobile browser version, clear the cache on the browser app and the history from within the browser.
You can also try reinstalling the app or browser you are using.

If none of that works, then send a message describing your issue to the game team via contact us.
