For Nordics and Extraterrestrials:

Use BMI: Philotes Stroke, Achilles Heel, Kairos Dial & Croesus Fortune. The KD and CF allow you feed fodder and oats one at a time without running out of time in the horses day while increasing your chances of finding items that give extra energy from the CF.

Feed 1 fodder, Ride 3 hours. Stroke twice, drink, carrot, mash. Feed fodder and oats 1 at a time. If you reach over 95% energy, ride 1 hour. Continue feeding fodder and oats one at a time. Repeat if you can then ride as much as you can to use all remaining energy. I find you can regularly get 18 points and occasionally 21 points on a Monday if you have Charming Red or Tuesday if you have Cool Carrot if you are also VIP and get lucky with extra energy.

Similar strategies with using the BMI listed above as well as a WOY and feeding fodder and oats 1 at a time can get you more rides with wind divines.
