[App] Issues with logging in and with the age



HellOw everyone,

Last week, we had a server migration for the mobile App.

If you are using the App, when you first connect to the game, the US server will be selected by default.

Please tap the US flag in the top right corner and select the correct server from the drop-down menu. After selecting it, you should be able to log in successfully.

If you see a maintenance message, you may have to reinstall the App.

Please remember to contact our Support team if you need further assistance.

Hello,

If you are having issues with your age in the App, please note that it may be related to the Cookies consent page, in case you selected the wrong age.

Please select "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data" on your Howrse App, and then open it.

The consent page will show again, and you will be able to select your age. Please ensure you select the correct number.default smiley (ow)
