You get it as a reward for entering the grand prix and finishing in the top 100 overall for the week

To add to this, to qualify in the top 100, I think you have to enter every single day for 5 days that week, not just 4 days out of 5 with top skillers. Which place in the top 100 depends on your horses skills though.
