if you don't buy passes then the other ways to do it is,

sell horses in auction or direct sales

Become a part of a team if you have resources most teams have a pass pot they divide out for helping with blups

Some divine's offer passes not always but every few days depending on the divine's you own

the daily objectives are helpful and offer 30 a day but sometimes not everyone can do them so its always a chance on what you get

300 passes from daily objectives with 16 days is pretty good to me so your doing very well sometimes it seems like it takes a long time but that's just how it is until you establish your account, don't give up keep going

as far as I know, you need to complete the beginners objectives in order to gain access to the daily objectives. This takes 28 (?).
After that, you get 2 objectives every day. One of them provides 10, the other 20 passes when you complete it. That might be the easiest way to earn passes in the beginning.
