Skills from competitions

I've been following Dr Zig's BLUPPing guides.

I know one of the conditions for a horse to reach 100 BLUP is 20 wins but how many competitions does a horse need to enter to get the whole skill gain from those competitions?

What's the average age to reach 100 BLUP on a horse without using pieces of cloud/water of youth?

i have counted 25 comps to fully bold skills from a competition some times a few more or less, if you have a C.timer then it takes half that as the skills gained are 2X

if you add a water of youth it takes longer, as your horses ages 1 month instead of 2

The age depends really on items you have on the horse i have blupped horses and they have been 4 years but then others may take longer as certain breeds needs skills lowering which requires beach rides and you can only do those at 5 years old default smiley (y)
