I did some maths based on my average pass earnings per month and worked out that (for me personally) if I don't spend now I will have approximately 12,900 passes for the Black Friday sales in November.

However if I buy Opal I will have approximately 10,600 passes and if I get Amber I will have 10,765 (assuming I can log in every day). If I get both, however, I will only have 8,430 in November.

Based on these calculations, would anyone recommend not spending (as Amber, for example, is more expensive than in previous direct sales) and saving for November? I had about 10,000 passes last year and could only get a few horses (although some of them were pretty expensive). Or would the gemstones be worth it now (given that they only come up in TCs or GFs which I don't buy) and I'm not sure whether they will end up in Ascent (and I currently don't spend passes on that either)?

These direct sales make me so indecisive!

I didn't end up getting either gemstone horse because they were so expensive! I did get Celeris this morning because I need another mythological for the objectives, so I'm happy with that. I almost got Euronotus but I'm not working on my wind divines until there is a trophy for them and my meter for Hela is half full already so I'd rather just fill that.

Honestly, if the old trophy system were still around I'd have spent way too much to get closer to getting the pretty trophies and half of the divines don't even have a trophy to motivate me to get them.

And can these sales be said to happen 'this weekend' if it takes place during the week?

At least I saved passes by not getting the gemstones and I'll have just over 12,000 passes by November.
