How do I stop "show comps for low-level horses" from being ticked? I have to manually uncheck it. Horse is blupped. Thank you :)

Hey,
as far as I know it's automatically ticked when you're relatively new to the game. I'd expect this effect to stop after ~1 month of seniority.
