If I breed 2 BLUPPED twins with the same GP exactly, and then 2 BLUPPED horses with GP difference of 10, which will give the higher GP gain?

Depends on the actual GP of the horses involved. You seem to be asking if its better to breed 2 siblings or breed a foal back to its parent? You will get a higher GP breeding the siblings as their average GP will be higher but you need to blup 2 horses per generation for this vs only 1 if you breed the foal back to the higher GP parent. It's probably more resource efficient to back breed than breed siblings.

EDIT: in the example you gave in the other answer it would likely make no difference as the average GP of both options is the same. You get variation in GP gain with every foal so luck will come into it whichever option you choose.
Sorry, I meant if I had 2 twins both at exact GP 10,000, and breed them. Then another pair who aren't twin siblings, and one is at 10,005, the other is at 9,995. Which pair will give the higher gp gain. Not breeding back to parent.
