After losing your vip subscription, how long does it take for you to be removed as the team administrator?

My friend who lost their VIP several months ago is still admin for our team. They didn’t get removed so possibly you dont? Assuming there's another active VIP to keep the team going. Not sure if this is supposed to happen but is the situation at the moment.
