Summining Lantern issue

I'm trying to add the Summoning Lantern I won in the Trip to a horse and it keeps telling me an internal error has occurred when I try to apply. Has anyone else had issues? I'm trying to figure out if I'm inadvertently doing something wrong before I send a ticket.

So far I've tried twice through the companion link on the horse's page and twice via the Black Market item page and searching for the horse. I can't see any special restrictions on the item page. The horse is 1y6m and has just received the Witch Potion (hence why I'm wanting to use a Lantern companion with it), it doesn't have any other items yet.

I've just tried and had no troubles adding it to a horse default smiley :s
I assume you've already tried the typical trouble shooting steps aka clearing cache/cookies or trying another browser?

If the issue persists I'd go the ticket route as well default smiley :)

Yes, I'd tried cache/cookies. I was hoping waiting overnight for the daily update might have nudged things. I've tried a different browser this morning (normally use Chrome, I set up MS Edge to test it this morning) and there's been no change. I've also tried ageing the horse with an AP today in case that "unstuck" something but unfortunately that didn't work either. I'll get a ticket sorted.

Did you select the companion from the 4 options?default smiley (ow)

Usually, that error appears because you didn't select the one you want to receive.

If that's not the case, then please wait for a reply from Support, as they'll investigate.

That worked! I'd assumed it was a randomly-allocated companion similar to the Dragon and Ghost items and hadn't even considered that I had to choose one default smiley <:o) I'm so pleased it was just me not getting it rather than an actual issue that needed fixing, thank you.
