I'm a very old person, over 70, originally from Australia but I've lived in the UK for many years. 


I have a lovely hubby of almost 50 years. We recently lost our gorgeous greyhound, an ex-racer, and are planning to adopt another because they are such marvellous, easy pets.  Please consider adopting an older rescue who desperately needs love and security, rather than shelling out for a stupidly expensive designer puppy. It encourages puppy mills and irresponsible breeders who sell the puppies far too young, often leading to ongoing physical, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. RIP my beloved friend, zippy. She passed away at 8am on 21 December 2018 at a ridiculously young age due to smoking-related cancer of the mouth, tongue, throat and lungs.
