Tips for starting

Hellow!

I'm not a new player and I know the beginners objectives are helping through getting started and collecting some things like bmis and also some passes. But I've seen this server is extremely inactive(compared to the main server I'm on), so selling horses, especially on auctions is quite of a loss to me.
How do I go about getting to earn more eqs in the long run? Would investing in my equestrian center help?

I am not too involved in the player economy on this server but there are some types of horses that sell extremely well here. I’ve had fantastic luck with pastry foals and donkey unicorns, and I’ve also done well with top GP horses if you can get your hands on some to breed up. The way I make my equus these days is running 6 large meadows with longhorn cows, using the leather harvested to build lunges in my workshops, and selling the leftovers as needed. I rarely keep any equus on hand and mostly have it stored in my unsold lunges and leather. It does require building up your EC a bit to have 5 workshops running at once but well worth it in my opinion. I have only been doing this for a little over a year total and (after just recently sinking almost 8mil into my EC) I have about 20mil saved up in unsold products right now! I’m sure it could be even more if I had been more consistent with my approach
