Hiya! there was issues with the Wandering Horses event. Ow has posted a message about this in the events forums.
The message is a follows:

You've encountered a lot of problems with the Wandering Horses event and on the game in general, and we are sorry about that.

Our dev team is currently working hard to fix all the bugs that have been reported, and we will keep you updated on their progress.
A compensation will be delivered as soon as we have determined to what extent you have been impacted.

We have received two sets of compensation, one for the Wandering Horses Event a mentioned by ʏ2ᴋ﹣ᴋɪᴛᴛʏ ♡, and another for the game play related issues largely related to problems with the daily site update including the grand prix not running on time, objective meter not resetting, horses not being removed from boarding at the update where there boarding had expired etc.

How much you were affected by these issues depends on how you play the game as well as what time of day you usually log on - those active straight after the daily update were impacted more as they were the first to experience and report the bugs.

To add, these are a few updates from Howrse prior to them giving us compensation, reportedly posted on Discord:

“** [RESOLVED]** - Every player playing on the following versions had their Wandering Horses unlocked one day later: **CZ, FI, NO, FR, SE, DE, ES, IT, NL, PL, BG, BR, DK, PT**. This issue is now solved.

**� [ONGOING] **- A lot of problems have impacted the game directly, including the Daily Objectives, the rewards from some Wandering Horses, but mostly the Grand Prix competitions. Today's Grand Prix has been rerun, our priority right now is to make sure that tomorrow's Grand Prix will take place correctly. The impacted versions are the following: **AU, EN, CA, US, UK, HU, RO, SI, SK, DK**.

I went digging and found players reporting the following issues, though I’m sure this isn’t everything:

- Daily objective gauge not resetting
- Glitches with meadows in ECs (e.g. items vanishing or settings changing, etc)
- Horses remaining in ECs past their stay
- Horses aging prematurely before the daily update
- Grand Prix not running on time
- Daily updates happening at the wrong time
- Lots of players reporting they haven’t been able to collect any APs
- Some divines not giving their gifts (E.g. Virgo)

Not to mention, me and my friend are not able to access the game from our computers Not sure if others are also experiencing this
