Daily Objectives: Tips & Tricks
HellOw, You can now complete two daily objectives each day! Some players can earn equus and others passes, depending on your seniority level. Find your daily objectives on the homepage of the game, which is the page you see after logging into the game. Completing the daily objectives seven days in a row will give a Horn of Plenty You can check on your progress through the gauge bar directly from the Daily Objectives. Within this thread, players who need help, want to help, or just would like to share their progression with the daily objectives are welcome to post here. I have an objective which says "Win 1 gift in a contest". What does that mean? How do I do it?

have you been playing the cath sith contest that has been going on for a couple of weeks? You should validate the objective once you have merged two cats and then accepted the prize displayed.

What is an Xthanos

Xanthos*
Its a Divine horse. You can find them on the Special horses page if you want to see what they are, or if you mean you are at the objective to Stroke one, what you would do is go to the Directories page. Click on the Horses tab and type Xanthos. (Make sure to spell it that way.) That will give you a list of all the Xanthoses on Howrse, so you would click on one of them, which would take you to the Xanthos' page and you will see the Stroke button.

Also can you cross-breed horses or does it give better results if you only breed pure-bred horses?? The way to get 100 blup is to max out your horses top three skills (check this via their genetic potential). This involves bolding the skills, which you can do by maxing out the training tab, and then using competitions and mountain/forest rides. The horse also needs to have won 20 competitions, and be at least ten years old to have max BLUP. You can crossbreed horses! Nothing wrong with that. For sales purposes people tend to lean more towards purebred horses as they sell better is all

What are special features?? The 4 'special features' are displayed underneath the gauge on the breeder’s objectives page. These features are the Equestrian Centre, Direct Sales, Grand Prix and Reserved Sales. Where is the Achievements menu? It depends which version of Howrse you use. On PC/classical version of the site, there is a long horizontal menu towards the top of the screen, with a section called 'Achievements' to the far-right. Hovering on this will show you a drop-down menu. On the mobile app, you need to click on the button in the far-right bottom corner of your screen. The icon looks like a trophy cup and will bring up a new page titled 'Achievements' at the top.

How do I "Stroke another player's Xanthos"

The easiest way to stroke a Xanthos is to visit the "Directories" page (Select "Community" from the navigation menu, then "Directories"), switch to the Horses tab and enter "Xanthos" in the search bar. Before clicking search, ensure you put a tick in the "Show only special horses" box. Searching now will only display results of the divine horse Xanthos. Visit any of the Xanthos public pages to stroke them. You'll only be able to stroke 4 Xanthos's a day.

Hey everyone!
One of my daily objectives today is to win a rosette.I've never seen any rosette comps for any of my horses so I wonder if none of them are skilled enough. I think my highest skilled horse is 15K skills so perhaps this isn't enough? Is there anything I'm doing wrong here or is this just an impossible objective for me? Thanks!!
