How do you get passes without paying actual money

Section 1.7 of the breeder's manual covers passes. You can find the manuals in the help centre by clicking the blue ? button to the right of the navigation bar.

Adding to that list:
owning certain divines will earn you passes
congratulate Topaz divines (up to five a day) to potentially win passes each time
submit Golden Apple and Helios Ray art to the game to be paid if it's accepted
watch the reward videos on the pass page
place 3rd or higher in a grand prix competition

Some of these won't be possible for you at a low seniority, so continue logging in daily to develop your account and access more earning opportunities.

Ways of doing this are asking anyone you know off the game who has a Howrse account, putting a note on your page, or sending a gift to a friend and hoping they get the message and send you one back.

Have you completed the objective that gives you access to the gifting system? Emma does a tutorial with you and walks you through adding a friend (herself) before walking you through the gifting system.

You have to have friends to be able to use the gifting system, there is a topic in the Events forum called Looking for Friends.

Unsure if this is the correct place you put it but how do you BLUP a horse? Ive done all of the training and riding and applying for comps? But it's still around 70 blup

To reach 100 BLUP a horse must:

have its top three skills bolded (all points gained from training, rides, and competitions)
have won 20 competitions
be at least 10 years of age

Check which requirements your horse is missing and work on completing them. Once all three requirements are met your horse will have 100 BLUP.

I played all my horses, poked around the forums, checked my EC meadows and workshops a few times, looked at some of the divine collections.
No ufo has popped up.

I have an objective of removing a water of youth from a non-special horse. How do I achieve this?

do you have any horses that have a Water of Youth on them? That are non special? (Divine, chimera, wild, legendary etc) Then you go to their page and remove it.

If you dont have a horse with a WoY on it, you'll either have to put one on a horse and then remove it, or pay to swap that objective.

If you go to the directories (community tab) and look at horses, you should find a search bar - type in the name of the special horse and tick the “special horse” box to filter out any normal horses and you should end up with a long list of them!

Try filtering the price from low to high, and changing the price filter from no matter to equus

Sorry i didn't know that. I try to filter the price but the lowest was more than 140.000 equus and i didn't have pass.
