Yes it can. The odds will depend on tickets drawn so it is totally random.

1 divine is given out per draw. There's a chance that that number could increase from preprod to live, but it is unlikely, especially on a server this small. So the chances of you actually winning the divine could be either 1 out of all the players who have entered that specific draw, every draw or 1 out of every ticket that has entered that specific draw, every draw. Also, I'm uncertain of whether it is possible for the same player to win/gather multiple divines from different draws, although it is highly unlikely to happen.

If the chances were truly random then it would be possible for hundreds of players to win a divine every draw. But that's not how it worked on preprod. Only a set number (1 divine) was given out every draw.

Also, Tuesday spoilers:

Howrse uploaded a video on YouTube about a new divine that will probably be added during the next testing session. His name is Percival. His perk is unknown. And the only info that Howrse actually released in the video is that a new divine series "Knights of the round table" (they may use a shorter name) is coming out along with a draft of Percival's design.

So the latest preprod session opened up

and we're currently testing the new version of the Forgotten Country.
As was expected, Howrse ruined it. The tiles no longer offer chests. The prize list is tiny. And there's no divines to be found in the promo- only fragments. I'll post screenshots if I remember tomorrow.

Although, the map was divided into separate parts for each country. So it's like the film festival where you need to complete each different country to collect a cup to get a final item after you collect all the cups. The separate maps make it easier to navigate through the promo, but the maps are still given to you in a grid like fashion where you can only access the map ("country") directly next to it.

Also, Howrse messed up the way we plan/strategise using our tiles by hiding the territories that you are not in so that you cannot see which tiles you will need to navigate around the territory. Although, you can see the layout of the territory and how many tiles it will take to navigate around the country. You just can't see which tiles you will need to navigate around it.

Also, Percival offers a CT.

We will however be getting a new BMI

Knight Saddle...which will give you plus 10 points on all skills. Somehow I expect there will be more to add to this special tact but nothing is shown on the test server yet.

Shoot I forgot to post the other stuff. Here's basic Jupiter calculations:

Fragment range: 9-19 fragments per TC.
Average number of fragments: unknown as of yet.

Min. Cost to fill the meter: 10 600p (53 TCs)
Max cost to fill the meter: 22 400p (112 Tcs)
Average cost: unknown as of yet.
^^assuming that you have no luck in between. It is possible to get him on your first try with a TC from your inventory, but it is highly unlikely.

I tried on Int once, got 17 fragments. I tried on the UK server twice, got 16 and 12 fragments respectively. I suppose I've had the higher end of the spectrum.

Very disappointed that there's no diplomas..

I just opened one HoP and gained 20 fragments. So if you needed to complete the meter, expect around 50 HoPs!

Obviously this is a bit subjective, but is it worth getting Zaldia's saddle? I can see the saddle cloth is in one of the pinatas so guessing howrse is going to release each item over time?

Also I didn't create this account very long ago and i'm wondering if i've already missed a tack item for the zaldia set recently?

I don't believe any of this tack has been released ( outside of the original promo, many years back).

It was offered 2018 as part of the weekend hops. Since then no. This time should be the first part of zaldia being released in the bm directy.

I know they did for Tormenta last year but not sure if any of the other legendary tack was also offered.

I vaguely remember two legendaries being offered that way. But really can't point out the other. So it could be only that one.
The last Amira and Altair were born early '20 or late spring/early summer '19 and I know for sure that Bucephalos was the last one in HoPs. But that doesn't have to mean anything.

Okie, here's the next one. Just beware that it is long. In fact, it is so long that I need to split it into two separate posts because it exceeds 10000 characters in length.

Also, I would like to ask someone to review my info on the divine. My two on preprod haven't won competions so I'm writing this based on what I read.

Notes:
-There are 210 fragments available as large prizes on the board. I am unsure as to whether there are smaller fragment prizes hidden inside the territories. But if there are, then the prices listed above are maximum values.

-The Grail divines are a new series featuring King Arthur's Knights of the round table. In order to get the drops that the divines in this series offer, you need to take your divine knights on quests to earn XP. You need a total of 2600 XP to complete a quest. Once you start a quest, all your knights will then work towards completing the selected quest. You can earn a maximum of 100XP per day per horse. However, as I said earlier, each horse works to complete the same quest. This means that if you can earn 100XP from 2 different knights, then you will earn a total of 200XP towards completing the quest and hence you can speed up your divine's drop rate. BUT it was stated that you need different Grail divines to do this. So earning 100XP from two Percivals will only count as 100XP towards the quest (the same knight can only earn XP towards the same quest ONCE per day). But earning 100XP from Percival and 100XP from a different Grail divine will count as 200XP towards the quest. So in order to get the fastest drop rate for your divine, you need to collect 1 of each DIFFERENT Grail divine, not multiple of the same Grail divine.

-There are a total of 11 possible quests that you can go on with your knights. But each quest is linked to a certain knight, meaning that you need to own the knight in order to go on the quest. So when you get your first knight, Percival, you will only be able to go on the first quest because you only have the knight that is linked to the first quest. The rest of the quests will unlock as you get the rest of the knights.

Also, I think
Click to display
Each Grail divine will offer a different reward. Seeing as how each quest is linked to a specific knight, the reward given at the end of a quest will change according to which knight unlocked the quest. And depending on the value of that reward, the amount of XP needed to complete the quest may change. However, this is just my theory. I haven't actually looked into it at all.

Re: Isolated Kingdom
INFO SHEET part 2:

The Isolated Kingdom event- TIPS:

-You will not be able to collect your daily tiles until you finish the tutorial/ first grid. So if you're doing rides with your horses but you're just not getting any tiles then that's probably why.

-Collect all the tiles that you can and only work through the promo on the last day when you know exactly which tiles you have. If you start filling in a territory without knowing which tiles you have, you may find yourself stuck on a board because you don't have the tiles to complete the board. There are certain places where only a tile of a certain rarity can be placed and if you don't have a tile of that rarity, you may end up stuck. Hence, I recommend that you gather tiles until the last day but only start placing them on the last day. Just make sure that you finish the tutorial on the first day. (An added bonus to this strategy is that there's probably going to be some sort of tile sale special at the end of the event. So it would be cheaper to buy tiles at the end of the event during the sale as opposed to buying them at the start of the event.)

-Buying tiles does not guarantee that you will get a tile of a certain rarity unless the tile sale specifically states that you will. The tiles bought are random, so if you're looking for a tile of a specific rarity you may need to buy several packs to get it.

-You can 'preview' nearby territories after you finish a board. You can do this by placing the last tile necessary to complete the board and then going back to the page with all the possible territories on it. You will have the option to enter the newly unlocked nearby territories. If you just want to preview the territory then you should enter the territory without placing any tiles and then leave the territory. You will still have the option to enter the other territories as long as you DON'T PLACE A TILE. So I recommend that you preview all the possible territories that you have unlocked to make sure that you have sufficient tiles of each rarity to complete them.. or else you may get stuck in a territory and never be able to move forward.

-You can see the full list of tiles by clicking on the little grid icon in your top middle right part of your screen. I would suggest that you draw the 3* and 4* tiles and keep them next to you (or use split screen to view a screenshot of the tiles list and to play the promo simultaneously) so that you can see exactly where you will need your higher rarity tiles and exactly how many higher rarity you will need to clear a board. Of course, I would suggest that you do the same thing with the common tiles. It's just that I'm trying to emphasize how important it is to make sure that you have sufficient tiles, especially of higher rarities, to complete a board or else you may get stuck. Also, you can do the above to strategize exactly which tiles you want to place where so that you can minimize the number of higher rarity tiles that are needed to complete the board.

-You don't need to fill in every space on a map with a tile to advance. Your goal is to fill in a pathway around a territory (the tiles that came placed on the map). So don't waste your tiles by filling in unnecessary details. *You can check which tiles you need to fill in to progress to the next board after you have selected a territory to play. The popup that you get when you click on the territory indicates which spaces need to be filled in. On the mobile version, this popup is shown just before you get to the page where you can place your tiles. If you want, you can screenshot it to avoid having to leave your territory to find it again. *

-Try to plan out how you use your tiles so that you can navigate around a territory in such a way as to not run out of tiles and so that you use the minimum number of tiles to clear the board. Strategy comes into play when you need to use a certain tile rarity to fill in a space because only tiles of that rarity will work on that space. Try to predict which tiles will be needed to advance and to create the perfect place/trade for those tiles.

-Save your tiles of rarity 3* and higher. You may come across spaces where only a 3* or a 4* tile can fit, so you may get stuck if you use your rarer tiles prematurely.

-You can use the tile trading system to your advantage. If you plan to put a certain tile in a certain space, then you need to build up your tile pathway with the tile sides that will allow you to use the tile that you want to use. So if you've got a tile that has 4 sides of water and you plan to use it in a certain space, then you need to make sure that the tile placed before it will have an open side with water on it facing the direction that you want to go in or you won't be able to use your planned tile for the space. (And you also need to make sure that the tile before that tile will have a side that matches it or else you won't be able to place that tile.. etc.) If you don't have an appropriate tile to set up/execute your plan, you can just trade a tile out for one that has the sides that you need. But you need to plan this out carefully. One mistake may cause you to waste tiles and/or mess up your strategy. (Conditions required for trading tiles:
1) you must make sure that the tile-placed-before-the-tile-that-you-want-to-trade-for has matching sides to the tile that you want to trade for. Or else you won't be able to trade for that tile.
2) you MUST have another tile of the same rarity in your inventory at the time that you want to trade tiles because you can only trade tiles of the same rarity. Eg. You can trade a 4* tile for another 4* tile. So if you don't already have a 4* tile in your inventory, then you will not be able to trade for a different 4* tile.
3) one of the tiles (that you DON'T have in your inventory) needs to be able to fit in the intended space perfectly. If it does not fit, then you won't be able to trade for it. [Refer to point 1])

-Don't forget to check your tile's rotation before you place it. It's rotation may change which tiles can be placed next.

-Decide which prizes you want to go for BEFORE you start the event. In order to get to a certain prize, you will need to complete the territories adjacent to one another until you get to the one that offers the prize that you want. The last thing that you want to do is start tiling your way in one direction and then realizing that the prize that you want is in the other direction.. That's just a waste of tiles. Also, you cannot skip the territories that you don't care for if they are between the territories that you have unlocked and the territory that harbors the prize you want.

-Take the most direct route that you can find to get to the territories that you want to get to. Taking the long way may cause you to waste tiles and leave you with tiles of insufficient rarities and you may end up unable to complete the territory that you originally aimed to complete.

-For just in case you try to use a shortcut to get to the other end of the map: completing a territory on the edge of the map does NOT unlock the territory that is supposedly right next to it on the other end of the map. The Isolated Kingdom map is not the world map. It doesn't wrap around in a circle like the world map would. So the territories at each end of the map are just that- territories at each end of the map. They are not adjacent to one another. So clearing a territory at the end of one side of the map will not unlock a territory on the other side of the map.

-Completing the community objective will unlock fragment multipliers. Remember, working towards the community objective benefits everyone in the community, not just yourself.

-You CANNOT work on two different territories simultaneously. If you try to do that, the game will just redirect you to the territory that you have already started. This means that it is easy to get stuck on a board if you don't have the tiles to complete it.. So you've gotta plan your strategy out well or else..

-You may destroy one tile per day for free. You need to pay a 5000 equus fee for every extra tile that you destroy. Also, do note that the destroyed tile will be destroyed. It will not go back into your inventory- you know, like replacing a VA with a GA etc.
